About
The firm we wished we could have hired.
Recast Advisory LLC was founded by two operators who spent decades inside nonprofits, workforce development, and multi-site, mission-driven organizations. We wanted senior help that led with evidence, stayed through implementation instead of leaving at the roadmap, and was honest about what actually worked. We could not find it, so we built it.
A Texas limited liability company, with the partners based in South and Central Texas. Engagements run remotely, with on-site work where it earns its cost.
What we believe
Three commitments that shape every recommendation.
People, planet, profit
Every recommendation is weighed against its impact on the workforce and the mission, not just the margin. When those pull against each other, we say so plainly.
Standards-aligned, not standards-theater
Work aligned with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, honestly described, never implied certification.
Value proven, not promised
Engagements end with measured before-and-after evidence, because launching change is not the same as landing it.

How we work with partners
We stay in our lane, and we say so.
Legal, cybersecurity, systems integration, and accounting are handled by qualified partners. We will tell you when a question belongs to someone else, and we would rather hand it over than approximate it.
