How we use AI.

We advise organizations on AI governance. It would be strange to do that without being clear about our own use, so here it is.

We use AI — specifically Claude, under the firm’s own Workspace account — as a drafting and research tool. It helps us produce first drafts of proposals and scopes of work, run market and desk research, and maintain internal documents and trackers.

We do not use it to decide what to recommend to you. Every assessment, recommendation, and deliverable that reaches a client is reviewed and personally owned by a Managing Partner. If an AI-assisted draft ever produces an error that reaches you, the responsible Managing Partner owns the correction and tells you directly.

Client confidential information is handled under the data-handling obligations in our Operating Agreement. It does not go into consumer-grade tools.

Our internal AI governance policy is reviewed quarterly through our first year of operation, and immediately after any incident where AI-assisted work causes a client-facing error.
