What we collect, and what we don’t do with it.

Two places on this site collect information: the Exposure Check and the contact form. Nothing else on the site asks you for anything.

The Exposure Check

Your answers are scored in your browser. If you choose to receive the written briefing, we receive your answers, your scores, and the name, organization, email, role, organization size, and sector you provide. We use them only to prepare and send your briefing and to reply to you. If you complete the questions and do not submit the form, we receive nothing.

The contact form

We receive your name, organization, role, email, what you tell us is changing, and how you heard about us. We use it only to respond to your inquiry.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. And we do not add you to a marketing list from either form without you asking us to.

Marketing messages, and how to stop them

If you ask us to stay in touch, we may send you occasional marketing email. Every one of those messages carries a clear way to unsubscribe, and we act on it promptly.

You can opt out at any time — of email, calls, or texts — by writing to hello@recastadvisory.com, and we will remove you from all marketing contact. You do not have to give a reason.

Replying to your own inquiry, and sending the written briefing you asked for, are not marketing. Those are the thing you requested, and they are not covered by a marketing opt-out.

How it reaches us

Both forms are delivered to our firm inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and are stored in our Google Workspace account. Client confidential information is handled under the data-handling obligations in our Operating Agreement.
