A 90-minute facilitated leadership session built on your own Exposure Check results, interpreted for your organization rather than read back to you.
We teach two things: the NIST AI Risk Management Framework as a practical backbone, and a people, planet, and profit decision lens for weighing tradeoffs that do not reduce to cost. Then a live guided exercise, in which each leader completes a worksheet that surfaces where the team actually disagrees — usually about ownership, rarely about technology.
We close on one recommended next step, written down. Sometimes that step is RECAST Complete. Sometimes it is a single workflow, a policy decision, or nothing at all for two quarters. We tell you which.
