End-to-end AI and work transformation · Powered by the RECAST Method · From opportunity to measurable performance

RECAST Complete.

All six Method stages, five Checkpoints of evidence, a 90-day roadmap with named owners — and we stay to Day 90 to measure what it produced.

The question you’re asking

“Our change — AI adoption, a technology investment, a restructuring, a new operating model — isn’t becoming performance. How do we turn it into safe, measurable, lasting value?”

Scoped to AI-driven change, non-AI organizational change, or both. This is the gap the whole practice is built around: change launches, then stalls somewhere between the announcement and the operating rhythm, and no one can say exactly where.

The Five Checkpoints — what we examine

Scored on evidence, not on self-assessment.

Governance is not a separate product here. It is Checkpoint 2.

01

Opportunity & Readiness

Where change could create value — and whether the organization can capture it.

02

Risk & Governance

Policy, accountability, use-case approval, vendor oversight, escalation, human review.

03

Workforce & Leadership Impact

Role impact, manager readiness, trust, skills, training, employee participation.

04

Workflow & Operating System Design

Process redesign, decision rights, handoffs, SOPs, quality controls.

05

Adoption & Value Realization

Whether change is adopted — and whether value is measured and sustained.

We stay to Day 90

The roadmap is Day 0. The reviews are the point.

Three structured reviews after roadmap delivery — the part that usually gets dropped, so we removed the option to drop it.

Day 30 — Activation review

Owners confirmed, first actions moving, blockers named and assigned. This catches the stall before it becomes the outcome.

Day 60 — Adoption review

Checkpoint 5 measures re-checked against baseline, adoption signals reviewed, corrections made while they are still cheap.

Day 90 — Value realization review

Results measured against the value case, ending in a written verdict: value realized, course-correct, or escalate.

If you need hands, not check-ins

Roadmap Execution Support runs alongside Shift as a light-touch 90-day add-on. See Fractional Executive Support →

You leave with

  • A scored five-Checkpoint diagnostic
  • A priority map
  • A 90-day roadmap with owners and measures
  • Three review sessions
  • A written Day-90 verdict

Questions we get

How long does it take?

The assessment and roadmap run as a scoped engagement, then the Track stage carries through Day 90 from roadmap delivery. Exact duration depends on organization size and how many functions are in scope; we set it in writing before we start.

Who needs to participate?

An executive sponsor throughout, functional leads for interviews and design, and the named owners in your roadmap for the Day 30/60/90 reviews. One internal coordinator makes the whole thing faster.

Is this only for AI?

No. It is scoped to AI-driven change, non-AI organizational change — a restructuring, a new operating model, a technology investment — or both together.

What happens after Day 90?

The Day-90 verdict ends in an ownership decision: your team carries it, or you step up to Fractional Executive Support. Capability transfer is the goal either way.

Do you implement it for us?

Your team executes during Shift. If you want hands rather than check-ins, Roadmap Execution Support provides two working sessions a month inside the roadmap initiatives, and the full fractional tier provides ongoing senior ownership.
